Getting around Pesaro without a car: bus, taxi, bike and parking
Updated 29 October 2026. This guide summarises what the Municipality of Pesaro says about getting around the city, without inventing hours or fares it does not give.

On foot in the centre, the rest by transport
From the historic centre many visits are on foot. For the rest, the Municipality of Pesaro page Muoversi in città (in Italian) gathers the main information. Here we summarise what it says, without inventing hours or fares it does not give.
City buses
The Municipality names Adriabus as operator, with timetables and information on adriabus.eu and a free number 800664332. It also mentions free summer shuttles linking park-and-ride car parks to the beaches and a summer shuttle between Pesaro and Gabicce Mare via the San Bartolo Park; timetables are on a separate Municipality page.
Taxis
Ranks listed by the Municipality: Piazza del Popolo, 0721 31430; railway station, 0721 31111; Piazza Matteotti, 0721 34053. There is also Radio Taxi, 0721 454425, offering reduced fares for evening venues.
By bicycle
The Bicipolitana is the cycle network linking beaches, centre and neighbourhoods. If you do not have a bike, the Curvone car park, on viale dei Partigiani, offers a free rental service to get around between centre and sea.
If you arrive by car
The Curvone has 600 spaces. The Municipality lists free car parks (San Decenzio with 400 spaces, via dell'Acquedotto with 150, Villa Marina with 160) and names the MoneeyGo app for blue-line parking. Cortirola Luxury Apartment has a private garage and asks guests to send the plate in advance for ZTL access. For your arrival also read how to get to Pesaro and Cortirola.
Sleeping in the historic centre
Cortirola Luxury Apartment is at Via Cortirola 8: the centre is walkable, and for the rest you have the official options above.
